To manage your tax settings from your dashboard, click Settings > Features > Invoicing.
Here you will be able to ensure your relevant tax information is inputted into Optix, such as:
Currency
Inclusive or exclusive tax
Tax rate
Custom tax name (i.e. VAT)
Default invoice information
Your tax number
Invoicing for Plans
For multi-location organizations, you can also choose to customize the tax rate depending on the location. Click here to learn more.
