Community feed posts occupy the home screen of the user app. When you or your users create posts, they will all appear here. Posts in the feed are organized starting from the newest posts to the oldest.
You can choose to 'pin' a post to the top of the feed, so it doesn't get lost in the feed, by following the steps below:
Go the Community > Feed page of your web dashboard
Click the more button (three dots) next to a post on the Feed page
Click Pin post . Future posts will always go beneath any pinned posts.
To unpin a post, follow the same process and select Unpin.
