The Optix user experience is entirely mobile, providing a single place for your users to book resources, manage their invoices, and engage with the coworking community. There is no user facing web portal.

Among other benefits, having an exclusively mobile user experience allows you to deliver presence based features that utilize information from the user's device to create a seamless coworking experience (e.g. location based automatic check-ins). 

Check out the Getting Started Guide for Users, you can share this with your members to help them get familiar with using the Optix mobile app.
