The Optix member experience is entirely mobile, providing a single place for your members to book resources, manage their invoices, and engage with the coworking community. There is no member facing web portal.

Among other benefits, having an exclusively mobile member experience allows you to deliver presence based features that utilize information from the user's device to create a seamless coworking experience (e.g. location based automatic check-ins). 

Check out the Getting Started Guide for Users, you can share this with your members to help them get familiar with using the Optix mobile app.
