We highly recommend you set up your newly-downloaded app to automatically update, as new versions of your organization's app (including new features, improvements, and bug fixes) will be released regularly (1-2 times per month). Automatic updates are the best way to make sure you have the latest version of your organization's app at all times.
Platform: iOS
Navigate to 'Settings' on your phone
Scroll down and select iTunes & App Store
Make sure the toggle next to 'Updates' is set to on
Platform: Android
Open Google Play Store
Tap the menu icon on the upper-left
Tap Settings
Tap Auto-update apps
To always automatically update your apps, select Auto-update apps at any time. If you want to instead auto-update apps only when you're connected to a Wi-Fi network, tap Auto-update apps over Wi-Fi only
