How do I set up the app to automatically update?

As a user, learn how to enable automatic app updates to ensure you always have the most recent version of the workplace app

We highly recommend you set up your newly-downloaded app to automatically update, as new versions of your organization's app (including new features, improvements, and bug fixes) will be released regularly (1-2 times per month). Automatic updates are the best way to make sure you have the latest version of your organization's app at all times.

Platform: iOS

  1. Navigate to 'Settings' on your phone
    ​

  2. Scroll down and select iTunes & App Store
    ​

  3. Make sure the toggle next to 'Updates' is set to on

 

Platform: Android 

  1. Open Google Play Store
    ​

  2. Tap the menu icon on the upper-left
    ​

  3. Tap Settings
    ​

  4. Tap Auto-update apps
    ​

  5. To always automatically update your apps, select Auto-update apps at any time. If you want to instead auto-update apps only when you're connected to a Wi-Fi network, tap Auto-update apps over Wi-Fi only
