How do I view the Enrollments for an Automation?

As an Admin, learn how to view all previous and current Enrollments of an Automation you have created.

You can easily view all Enrollments for an Automation by clicking on the blue number within the Enrollments column on the Automations tab.

Clicking on this blue number will open a list of all current and previous Enrollments. This list will also show you the date and time that each User was enrolled (i.e. the "Enrolled" column), as well as information about which Version the User was enrolled in, and the Status of their enrollment.

If you would like to see more details, click on the name of a User to view the Automation canvas for a User's specific workflow.

Below each Trigger or subsequent Step within the Automation canvas for a User's enrollment, you will see a green bar that explains which specific event Triggered the Automation, as well as date/time information about when the subsequent Steps occurred.
