What are some Conditions I can use in Automations?

As an Admin, learn a number of example Conditions that you can use within your Automations and automated workflows.

A Condition is type of Control, that is responsible for determining whether a specific Action or series of Actions should be executed. Conditions evaluate specific criteria or variables to decide if the Automation should proceed.

Examples of criteria or variables you can use as Conditions within Automation steps:

Account

  1. Account sign up date

  2. Account status

  3. Account type

  4. Account's primary location

  5. Account has... (Used the app, Upcoming booking(s), No active plan(s), etc.)

  6. Active Plan

  7. Check-in status

  8. Final Plan end date

  9. First name

  10. Last name

  11. Last mobile app use date

  12. Most recent booking

  13. Next assignment start date

  14. Next booking date

  15. Next Plan end date

  16. Next Plan start date

  17. Upcoming tour booking date

Custom Properties

  1. Any custom properties that you have created within your Optix dashboard

Invoice

  1. Date of the oldest due/overdue Invoice

User Properties

  1. City

  2. Company

  3. Position

  4. User Source
