How can I see who has received messages and emails from an Automation?

As an Admin, learn where you can see who has received your automated emails and messages, sent via Automations.

Admins are able to go to their Inbox on the Optix dashboard to view all automated messages that have been sent.

If the automated email has been sent from a specific Admin's email, that Admin will see these sent emails in their email Inbox or Sent folder.

Note: You can choose which Admin your automated emails will send from via the Reply to setting in the Send an email step:
