When building an Automation with the Send an email step, you can choose which User or Admin the automated emails are sent to, and to whom the User or Admin will reply to.

To select who the email is sending to, you have 2 options:
Send from
You can sync your personal or business email directly from your own or another admin’s email account (Gmail or SMTP). Click here to learn how to connect your email to Automations.
Hot tip! This is a great way to ensure that the admins responsible for specific areas of your business (ie. memberships vs. issues reported vs. lead nurturing) are looped into all appropriate conversations.
