How do I end or pause an Automation?

As an Admin, learn how to end or pause an Automation, as well as how to unenroll specific Users from an Automation.

You can end an Automation in 2 ways:

  1. Pause an Automation

  2. Delete an Automation

To pause an Automation:

  1. Click on the Automations tab

  2. Click on the 3 dots to the right of an Automation

  3. Select Pause

To delete an Automation:

  1. Click on the Automations tab

  2. Click on the 3 dots to the right of an Automation

  3. Select Delete

OR

  1. Click on the Automations tab

  2. Click on an Automation

  3. Click on the trash can icon
