How can I duplicate an Automation?

As an Admin, learn how to duplicate Automations and what aspects of an Automation is included or not included when you duplicate it.

To duplicate an Automation in Optix:

  1. Click on the Automations tab

  2. Click on the 3 dots to the right of an Automation

  3. Click Duplicate

This will take you to the Automation canvas to edit this duplicate Automation.

Note: when you duplicate an Automation, the original Automation's title will be copied over to the duplicate version and the word “(copy)” will be generated at the end of the duplicate Automation's title.

Note: duplicating an Automation will not copy over any of the enrollments from the original Automation.
