What is the Documents feature in Optix?

As an admin, learn about the Documents tab in your Optix admin dashboard and how you can both send and store documents in Optix

Documents in Optix houses all digitally signed documents that you have sent to users via Automations, as well as all documents that have been manually uploaded to your Users' accounts.

Document signing is a capability within the broader Documents feature in Optix and allows you to send documents to users for electronic signature directly from an Automation.

To enable Document signing

  1. Navigate to Settings > Features > Documents

  2. Click Enable Feature

  3. Toggle Document signing on and save changes
