How do I send invoices to multiple emails?

As an admin, learn how to add multiple emails to the additional email address

Adding multiple emails under the additional notification emails can be helpful if your User would like to share their invoices with their Company, Team, or another employer outside of Optix.

To send User invoices to multiple emails:

  1. Click on Users and select All Users from the left-hand menu

  2. Click on the User of interest

  3. Click on Account on the right-hand panel

  4. Click on Edit

  5. Scroll down to Billing details and add the additional email(s). If you're adding multiple emails, separate them by adding a comma between each email
