The Invoice Items page lets you export line-item level detail from your users' invoices as a generic .csv file, giving you more granular data than a standard invoice export.
Exporting Invoice Items helps you:
See line-item detail: Break invoices down into individual charges instead of just totals
Build custom reports: Filter and export just the data you need for further analysis
How to export Invoice Items
How to export Invoice Items
Click Invoice and select Invoice Items from the left-hand menu
Filter the page if you're looking for specific data, and select all at the top left of the table

Note: This export filters by Due date only. If you need to report on invoices by the date they were actually paid, for example for monthly revenue-collected reporting, go to Invoices > All Invoices, use the Paid date filter, and export from there instead. FAQs
FAQs
Can I filter this export by Paid date?
Not yet. The Invoice Items export filters by Due date only. For paid-date based reporting, use the Paid date filter on Invoices > All Invoices instead, then export from there.
What's the difference between this export and the Finalized Invoices export?
Invoice Items exports line-item level detail. The Finalized Invoices export (via Invoices > All Invoices > Export CSV) exports invoice-level totals, including created, due, and paid dates.

My export is missing invoices I expected to see.
Check your filters on the Invoice Items page. Remember this page filters by Due date, not Paid date, so invoices due outside your selected range won't appear even if they were paid within it.
