The pending invoice item data export will generate a .CSV file containing the information you specify. 

If you haven’t already, <a href="https://support.optixapp.com/en/articles/2789381-what-is-the-data-exporter-app-and-how-can-i-install-it">install the Data Exporter app</a>

Click Data Exporter from the left-hand menu

Select the ‘Forecasted charges report’ 

Customize your report by selecting the columns you’d like to include 

1. If you haven’t already, <a href="https://support.optixapp.com/en/articles/2789381-what-is-the-data-exporter-app-and-how-can-i-install-it">install the Data Exporter app</a> 
2. Click Data Exporter from the left-hand menu 
3. Select the ‘Forecasted charges report’ 
4. Customize your report by selecting the columns you’d like to include 
5. Click Download
