Welcome to the world of Optix, we're excited to have you on board! This checklist will guide you through the set-up process before you launch Optix to your community.
You have dedicated support from your onboarding specialist for the first 30 days of your Optix subscription. Many organizations are able to get set up in a week or less. Typically, the first two weeks focused on setting up your Optix dashboard. This involves having your first onboarding call and learning to add spaces, build plans and configure your settings and preferences.
The second half of onboarding focuses on rolling out Optix to your community. You'll learn how to add users, assign plans and build a community. A second onboarding call is a fantastic opportunity to have your questions answered and make sure everything is set before taking your space live with Optix!
