You can easily add or update the payment card you have attached to your account within your mobile app.
You can either add or remove a payment method from your account within the 'Payment methods' section of the app.
To add a new payment method:
- Tap the Menu icon
- Select Payment methods
- To add payment information to your personal USER account, tap Personal Payment Method. For your TEAM account, tap Team Payment Method.
Note: If you're a team admin, please ensure you're adding a payment method under your team account (under the section header '[User]'s Team') to successfully pay for a team plan.
- Follow the on screen prompts and click Done
To remove a card:
- From the Payment methods screen, choose the payment method you'd like to remove
- Tap the method and swipe to the left to reveal a 'Delete' button
- Tap Delete
