Integrating your payment gateway account with Optix will enable users and teams to pay their invoices directly from within Optix. They can even set up automatic monthly payments.
- Log in to your optixapp.com subdomain
- Select Integrations from the left-hand menu
- Scroll down until you find your payment gateway, and click Connect.
- Follow the FAQ for the gateway you are using to complete the set up
Once your integration is active, team admins and users will now see a 'Pay now' option when viewing any due invoices. Connecting a payment gateway will also activate the 'Payment methods' section of your venue's mobile app, where your users and teams will enter their payment card information.
