If you've chosen an outside software to manage your payments, you can easily disable the relevant sections within your Optix account by following these steps:
- Ensure you don't have a payment gateway connected to your Optix account. This will block your users from being able to add payment methods to their account or pay for invoices
Note: If you've already set up a payment gateway and need to disconnect it, please email email@example.com. To learn how to check if you have an account connected, click here.
- Have the Optix Team disable 'Payment Methods' on your behalf. This will remove the relevant sections from your mobile app (Payment Methods and Invoices) and from your venue dashboard (Payment Settings and Invoices)
Note: Please email firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know that you'd like us to disable 'Payment Methods' at your venue.
