Once you've signed up as a new Optix client, you'll be introduced to your onboarding specialist who will help you get set up with Optix over your first 30 days with us. Here's what to expect:
1. Setting up your Optix dashboard [Day 1-14]
While your apps are getting built, you'll have an opportunity to connect with your onboarding specialist via a video call. On the call, your onboarding specialist will walk you through the process of setting up your Optix dashboard. You'll learn how to add spaces, build your plans, customize your settings and app preferences, and more!
2. Rolling Optix out to your community [Day 14-30]
Once your apps are live and you've set up your Optix dashboard, you'll have an option to have a second video call with your onboarding specialist to talk about how to introduce your community to your mobile app. If you already have a community of users who you'd like to add into your Optix account, we can help with that! If not, we'll help you go live and provide you tips and advice on how to build your community using Optix.
