If you need to cancel a user's check-in for the day, you can do so from the venue dashboard.
- Log into your optixapp.com subdomain
- Select Dashboard from the left-hand menu
- Scroll to the 'Check-Ins' section
- Click on the avatar of the user who's currently checked in
- Confirm that you'd like to cancel the user's check-in by clicking Cancel check-in
- The user's check-in will automatically be added back onto their account (i.e. if they had five daily check-ins left in the current month, canceling their check-in will automatically raise their allowance back up to six daily check-ins for the month)
