If you've enabled new member self-onboarding, you'll need to choose which plans these new members can sign themselves up to upon logging into your app for the first time, otherwise known as public-facing plans. To set a plan as public-facing:
- Log into your optixapp.com subdomain
- Select Plans from the left-hand menu
- Either click View/Edit in the bottom right corner of an existing plan or click blue plus button in the upper-right corner
- Scroll to the 'Details & Pricing' section. Check the box next to 'Public facing'
Note: You'll need to enable new member self-onboarding before these plans are actually visible to new members.
