However if you can't find an answer, or think you've found something that's not functioning as expected, you can always feel free to send the Optix team an email at email@example.com.
Please include as much information as possible, such as:
- Is this a problem in the venue dashboard, iOS app, or Android app?
- Who experienced this problem (i.e. if it's an Android app, the name of the user or team that discovered the issue)?
- Do you have any relevant screenshots you can include?
- Is this the first time you're discovering the issue or is it recurring?
From there, we'll be able to field your request and work towards a solution together.
