- Tap the Menu icon in the upper-right corner
- Select Report Issue
Note: Don't see 'Report Issue' on the menu? Your venue manager may have disabled this feature.
- Select the category that best fits the issue you're reporting
- Select the specific problem you're reporting from the three options shown
- Tap on the small grey icons to add additional details about the issue, such as the location within the venue, a photo of the issue, and/or to add an additional note
- When you're satisfied, tap Report Issue to submit your report to your venue admin for review
