You have the ability to set the day of the month that your invoices are generated and sent out to Optix users. However, you'll only be able to change your invoice billing date if you don't have any invoices currently generated (i.e. one-off invoices or invoices automatically generated by plans).
How can you tell whether or not your invoice billing date is locked?
- Log into your optixapp.com subdomain
- Select Settings from the left-hand menu
- Select the Payments tab
- If, under 'Invoice Billing Date' you see a greyed out bar (like in the screenshot below), your billing date is indeed locked
- However if you see a dropdown menu instead, you can select a new date for your invoices to be generated on
