Your venue manager may or may not require you to agree to the terms of a membership plan they've assigned to you. If they've chosen to require you to manually approve a plan, you'll have to do so before you're able to start using your plan to pay for your room and desk bookings. To approve a pending plan:
- Tap the Menu icon in the upper-left corner
- Select Plans
- Here, you'll see a '!' next to any plans which you have not yet responded to. Tap the name of the plan
Note: If you're a team admin, you'll see plans assigned to you as an individual under the header 'Personal' (such as in the example below) and plans assigned to your team under the header '[Your team name]'
- Review the details for your plan, such as the price, hours allowance, contract date and description. When you're satisfied, tap ACCEPT
