To determine if a user has enabled auto-payments:

1. Log into your optixapp.com subdomain
   
   
2. Select the Users tab
   
   
3. Search for the user that you'd like to review, and click their name 
   
   
4. Select Account from the side panel
   
   
5. Next to Payment Method, you'll be able to see if they've set up auto-payments. If they have, you will see Payments Auto. If they haven't, you'll see Payments Manual

Note: Currently, as a manager you can only choose whether auto-payments are on or off if you are entering payment information on behalf of your users/teams. To learn how to do that, click here.
