When you create a team, each team member will be added to your Optix account as an individual user, too. This allows you to do a few things:
- Have the user's direct contact and profile information on your venue dashboard
- Message them directly
- Add them to their own individual user plan
Adding the person as an individual user gives you the flexibility to add them to their own personal plan. This plan is not paid for by the team, but the individual user (i.e. they may work as part of a team, but also do some freelance work at your venue, or they want to pay for additional amenities not covered by the team's plan).
