You can invite others to join you when you book a meeting room easily. The method will differ slightly, depending on whether you're inviting them while you make your new room booking or if you're inviting others to join a booking you've already created.
If you want to invite others while you are making a new booking:
- Under the Confirmation form, tap Add invitees
- Start typing in the name or email address of the other Optix users you want to invite
Note: To invite someone who's not an Optix user at your venue, enter their email address instead.
- When you're done, tap Confirm booking. You (plus anyone else you invited to your meeting) will receive a confirmation email
If you have already created your booking:
- Go to My room bookings
- Select the booking you would like to invite people to attend
- Tap the Edit Icon
- Tap Invite more people and start typing in the name or email address of those you want to invite
- When you're finished, tap Save. You (plus anyone else you invited to join your room booking) will receive a confirmation email
