Within Optix, plans allow venue administrators to offer custom access, pricing, and services to their members. Your plan indicates what you have access to and the allowance. For example you may have an unlimited Dedicated Desk plan that also includes 10 hours of meeting room time each month.

Your venue administrator can either subscribe you to a plan automatically or require approval from you to subscribe you to a specific plan. If they choose to require your approval, you'll need to respond to a pending plan request within your venue's mobile app.
