Within the venue manager dashboard

  1. Click on your avatar in the top right of the Optix dashboard
  2. Click in to the Settings tab
  3. Next to 'Password' click Change 

If you've forgotten your password

  1. Navigate to your optixapp.com subdomain
  2. In the text box below 'E-mail address,' enter the email address associated with your Optix account
  3. Click Forgot password? under the 'Password text box'
  4. This will open a confirmation page. Re-enter your email address and click Reset Password 
  5. This will trigger an email to be sent to you. Follow the instructions in the email to finish resetting your password
