To access the user analytics page:

  1. Click Users from the left-hand menu
  2. Click the Analytics tab

The user analytics page helps you visually track how many users you've added and removed at your venue over a selected date range.

The Users over time graph charts the change in number of total users at your venue.

The KPIs below the graph provide you further insight:

  • Users: This is the total number of users registered at your organization on the Optix app
  • New users: This is the number of users you added during this selected date range
  • Users on plans: This is the total number of users currently on a plan
  • Total teams: This is the number of teams within your organization

Below each KPI is the percentage change since the previous time period of the same duration.
