If you've enabled your ShareDesk integration, prospective clients will request bookings which will require a response on your part (Accept/Decline). You can manage your pending booking requests within your Optix dashboard.

  1. Log into your optixapp.com subdomain

  2. Select Bookings from the left-hand menu

  3. Click the status filter at the top of the page

  4. Tick the box next to New to show only new, pending bookings

  5. Select the pending booking

  6. On the side panel, click Respond

  7. Review the details of the booking and either click Decline or Confirm

  8. The user will receive an email alerting them of your decision. The status of the booking will automatically change to either Approved or Rejected
