Location services allows Optix to capture presence data on your users. If you wish to use auto check-ins, users will need to have location services enabled in order for the functionality to work. 

For privacy reasons, you cannot require users to enable location services, but you can choose whether or not they are prompted to do so. 

  1. Select Mobile Apps from the left-hand menu
  2. Scroll to the 'Presence' section
  3. Click the toggle next to 'Request users to enable location services' to enable/disable
