The organization info that appears on email notifications and invoices can be configured under 'Organization Settings'.
- Log in to your optixapp.com subdomain
- Click on Settings in the left hand menu
- Click on the Organization Settings tab
- Upload the logo you wish to appear on invoices and all email notifications
- Update your organization name and address at you'd like it to appear on email notifications and invoices
You might want to add additional admins to your Optix account now.
Note: Invoicing is done at the organization level, if you have multiple venues the address you input here is what will show on the invoice
