The organization info that appears on email notifications and invoices can be configured under Settings > Organization Settings.

  1. Log in to your subdomain
  2. Click on Settings in the left hand menu
  3. Click on the Organization Settings tab
  4. Upload the logo you wish to appear on invoices and all email notifications
  5. Update your organization name and address at you'd like it to appear on email notifications and invoices

You might want to add additional admins to your Optix account now.

Note: Invoicing is done at the organization level, if you have multiple venues the address you input here is what will show on the invoice
