Your organization admin may or may not require you to agree to the terms of a membership plan they've assigned to you. If they've chosen to require you to manually approve a plan, you'll have to do so before you're able to start using your plan to pay for your room and desk bookings. To approve a pending plan:
Tap the Menu icon
Here, you'll see a '!' next to any plans which you have not yet responded to. Tap the name of the plan
Review the details for your plan, such as the price, hours allowance, contract date and description. When you're satisfied, tap Accept
Note: If you're a team admin, you'll see plans assigned to you as an individual under the header 'Personal' and plans assigned to your team under the header '[Your team name]'
