To access the booking analytics page, click Analytics > Bookings from the left-hand menu

Bookings analytics is designed to help you understand the bookings made by your users over a selected date range. The report allows you to toggle between room bookings (Meeting Rooms, Conference Rooms, and Private Offices) and desk bookings (Hot Desks and Dedicated Desks).

Booked vs. Available graph

Within the bookings analytics, you will see a Booked vs. Available graph. This graph displays the total hours available for bookings over a selected date range. It also displays the total hours booked by users, which helps to understand how much resources are being utilized.

The faint purple denotes total number of booking hours available, while the dark purple shows the number of those hours which were booked.

The KPIs below the graph provide you further insight:

  • Bookings: This is the total number of bookings made over the selected date range
  • Booked: This is the cumulative duration of bookings made over the selected date range
  • % Booked: This is the cumulative duration of all bookings made divided by the possible bookable time (Booked divided by Available)
  • Avg. Duration: This is the average duration of all bookings made over the selected date range

Below each KPI is the percentage change since the previous time period of the same duration.


At the bottom of the Bookings Report, you will see a more granular breakdown of these KPIs based on tags and resources.
