If you've enabled your ShareDesk integration, prospective clients will request bookings which will require a response on your part (Accept/Decline). You can manage your pending booking requests within your Optix dashboard.
- Select Bookings from the left-hand menu
- Click the status filter at the top of the page
- Tick the box next to New to show only new, pending bookings
- Select the pending booking
- On the side panel, click Respond
- Review the details of the booking and either click Decline or Confirm
- The user will receive an email alerting them of your decision. The status of the booking will automatically change to either Approved or Rejected
